Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes an appointment may have to be rescheduled for a later date and time. Therefore, we have created a “rescheduling policy” that is fair to both you, the client, as well as our service providers.
24-Hour Personal Training, Coaching or On-Ramp Appointment
All cancellation and reschedule requests must be done by:
- Email at scheduling@crossfitfunky.com
- In person (24 hours prior to the appointment) with your scheduled service provider.
If the appointment is not cancelled, via 1 & 2 above, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit the session.
12-Hour Massage Appointment
Workout Boss has a 12-hour rescheduling policy on Massage sessions. If you do not arrive for the scheduled session or cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, your account will automatically be charged a late rescheduling fee (see below). However if you contact us before the 12-hour cancellation window you will NOT be subject to the rescheduling fee. For example the rescheduling fee will not be applied if your appointment is for 6 PM and you call 262.298.2677 to leave a voicemail, or email scheduling@crossfitfunky.com at or before 6 AM notifying us that you need to reschedule.
How To Reschedule A Massage
If you contact us before the 12-hour cancellation window, for example if your appointment is for 6pm and you call 262.298.2677 and leave a voicemail, or email scheduling@crossfitfunky.com at or before 6am, notifying us that you need to reschedule, you will NOT be subject to the rescheduling fee. Once we receive your reschedule request, a service provider will follow up to reschedule the appointment.
Late Rescheduling Fee
The late rescheduling fee is 50% of the full price of the scheduled massage appointment. For example, if you are rescheduling a 60-minute massage at $70, inside of the 12-hour cancellation window, your account will be charged $35.00 on the day of the missed appointment.
What If I Do Not Have A Credit Card On File?
If we do not have your credit card on file, your account profile becomes listed as “outstanding” and the fee is required to be paid before scheduling any future massage sessions. This can be taken care of by phone or by creating your personal login through Mindbody Online
What If I have A Promotional Session or Discounted Massage package?
If you have a discounted session or package and need to reschedule your session inside of the 12 hour rescheduling policy window, the rescheduling fee will be 50% of the FULL PRICE RATE of the session. For example, if you have a massage package that is 3 60-minute massages for $180 ($60 per massage), your account will charged 50% of $70 (the full price for a 60-minute massage).
Please understand that is our desire to see that you do come in for your scheduled service. If you are unsure of your appointment time or feel that a conflict may arise, it may be best to schedule the appointment when you are 100% confident that you can make the appointment.
