Intro Personal Training Session

Let us help develop your core strength to extremities and fine-tune your body’s energy systems. Our intro session includes:

Intake: We meet with you to discuss your fitness goals, your health history, likes/dislikes, your schedule, eating habits, and more
Testing: The first session will include a workout designed to collect hard data and give us a sense of your current movement, fitness and experience levels
Measurements: We offer bodyfat testing, weight and measurements
Nutrition: Assess your current eating habits and discuss the best options for you based on your schedule.
Plan your Workout Program: You and your trainer will go over the best options for scheduling sessions
24/7 Access” You will have 24 hour access to your trainer via email should you have any questions.

Personal Training Packages Available
