These basics make up the On-Ramp program, where we teach the 9 Fundamental movements of CrossFit, CrossFit methodology & how to scale movements. Our On-Ramp program also includes five personal coaching sessions, one month of unlimited classes, access to our private Facebook group, and our Paleo meal plans.
During these early stages, CrossFit can seem the hardest, especially for individuals who aren’t in shape. However, CrossFit Funky boasts a friendly, knowledgeable staff that can support newcomers through even the most arduous hours.
Programming is Flexible for All Experience Levels
The programming at CrossFit Funky is designed for users of all experience levels, which means it’s entirely possible to jump right in. Once a person starts becoming comfortable with the program, there are options to scale up and get a more intensive workout.
In the same fashion, it’s also possible to scale the workout down if a person feels uneasy or intimidated. Members can also scale workouts based on the individual energy levels on a particular day.

Therefore, we go out of our way to maintain a clean facility, made up of 6,300 square feet of gym space. Likewise, we diligently clean our equipment, which consists of 16 pieces of cardio equipment, six Olympic Weightlifting platforms, and the newest Rogue Equipment.
We want to make sure that our people can stay clean, too, so we provide two bathrooms, showers, and lockers for all of our clientele.

I have been hearing a lot about this workout for a long time now. And I have been having second thoughts at first because of some people who mentioned that it was a very difficult workout, but when I further did my own research and ask close family and friends who have tried Crossfit, their body transformation was really amazing.
