Enroll your 5-11 year old for our 10 week summer fitness program at Crossfit Funky!

When: 9:15AM-10:15AM Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays starting June 10th thru August 16th.
(Off the 4th and 5th of July..

What: In this this structured, coach led program, children will progress through the basics of bodyweight movements, barbell movements with a PVC pipe only, light endurance exercises, stretching, and fun games like Sharks and Minnows, tug-o-war, and tag!

Members: $100
Non-Members: $150
